We are Custom Design, a web design and digital marketing agency. For more than a decade we have been building sites and brands for companies in Colombia, Spain, Chile and the United States.
Who we are
A small, direct team: the person who talks to you is the person who designs and the person who builds. No middlemen, no endless email chains, no projects lost between departments.
How we approach the work
The commercial goal comes first, the aesthetics second. Every design decision on your site has to be explainable: why that order, why that button there, why that copy. If it cannot be explained, it does not ship.
We work with real content and verifiable facts. We do not publish awards we do not have or testimonials that do not exist: we would rather show the sites we built, which are live and anyone can visit.

We review your business, your competitors and what you need to achieve. Scope and budget come out of this stage.

Structure and content
We define the pages, the message and the visitor journey before designing a single screen.

Design
We design the full interface. You review and approve on real screens, not on written descriptions.

Build and testing
We build it, load the content and test on mobile, tablet and desktop: speed, accessibility and forms.
- 05
Launch and support
We publish, hand over the user manual and stay available for changes and ongoing support.
A standard project usually takes four to eight weeks depending on scope. You get the timetable with dates per stage in the proposal, before we start.
