Privacy policy and data processing

This policy explains what personal data Custom Design receives through this website, what it is used for and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to submissions made through the contact form and to the contact details published here.

2. What data we collect

• Full name.
• Email address.
• Phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to provide it.
• Service of interest and the content of your message.
• Minimal technical data required for the site to work and to filter automated submissions (for example, the IP address recorded by the form provider).

3. Why we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and maintain the resulting commercial conversation. We do not use your data for advertising profiling and we never sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Who it is shared with

The form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to the Custom Design inbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both providers process the data only to deliver the technical service. Where necessary to deliver a project, we may share information with subcontractors under confidentiality agreements.

5. How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where it becomes a commercial relationship, for the applicable legal retention periods. If we receive no reply, we delete the data within a maximum of 24 months.

6. Your rights

You may request access, updating, rectification or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@customdesign.com.co. Under the GDPR you also have the right to restriction of processing, data portability and to object. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.

7. Security

The site is always served over HTTPS and the form includes anti-spam measures. We apply reasonable controls to prevent unauthorised access to the information we receive.

8. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical storage required for it to function is used. If analytics tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they are activated.

9. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page together with its update date.
